Welcome to Sedro-Woolley's site dedicated to the Professional Growth & Evaluation of School Personnel. We will use this site to inform staff, principals, and the community about our progress as we continue to implement legislation on new Teacher and Principal evaluations. 

Our Teacher/Principal Evaluation Project (TPEP) Committee chose the CEL 5D+ Framework from the University of Washington.  Our administrators chose the Association of Washington School Principals (AWSP) Framework for their evaluation.
